Welcome to the Santi Wheel Fundamentals Series
I am delighted to bring this instructional series to you. By working diligently and consistently with the series you will develop a relationship with the Santi wheel and embody the confidence to create a practice based on your own individual needs.
The sessions are organised so each foundational movement builds on the next movement within the session and each session gradually progresses to the next. This progression will ensure the whole body is open and fluid before you advance into the deeper back-bending sessions. By working through the series you will have a solid foundation upon which to expand into your own practice.
